"Our family stayed at this property last year. 3 if my siblings, their spouses, myself, my husband and our 97 year old father stayed. We hosted the reunion on Saturday. 3 cousins, spouses, some of our children were there during the day on Friday and Saturday. There were 24 total in the house, plenty of room and the huge kitchen made it easy to take care of meals. Wonderful experience. FYI our cousins came in from Georgia and Conway."

"We had a great stay at the lake house. We visited Petit Jean state park while staying there. It was an easy 30 minute drive. The zip line was fun for all of us. The sunset views from the living room and deck were beautiful. The house is very well stocked. The beds were comfy and the dock at the lake is very nice. My son enjoyed fishing so much that we never had time to go kayaking! We would definitely stay here again."

"We loved the cottage on Mt. Casa Rd! It was so quiet and relaxing - the distance to Petit Jean State Park was ideal for us, and we had a wonderful time. The property manager was quick to answer any questions we had, and the cottage was clean as a whistle, including freshly mowed lawn, when we arrived. Highly recommend if you want to be near Petit Jean. "

"We selected Russellville as a central location to visit Hot Springs National Park, Mt. Nebo State Park, and Mt. Magazine State Park, over the long labor day weekend. The home was exactly as advertised. It was so nicely updated inside and created the perfect getaway location for my wife and I. We loved the experience very much and will definitely look to stay there again when we are in the area in the future. "The house was everything we were hoping for on our vacation. The home was well stocked with amenities, making it very easy to travel with our children. The views were spectacular, especially from the top deck. There were plenty of things to do just within walking distance, but we were also within an hour from other state parks we wanted to visit. We definitely recommend staying here...so much more comfortable than a hotel."

"We stayed here as a family of four with my brother-in-law and his family of four. The kids ages ranged from 2-6. We also had our family dog with us. Everyone had an absolutely wonderful stay. The kids and dog loved running around the beautifully maintained property. Our rooms were well appointed and the house was stocked with everything we needed and then some! In fact, upon our arrival we were greeted with fresh baked goods, and other snacks and drinks for our enjoyment. It was so appreciated...
