"The only areas of improvement is the listing should say 2 & 1/2 baths instead of 3 baths. Tub drain needs cleaning out also the shower curtain was too long into the tub. Jacuzzi water needs to be changed as it had too much chlorine."

"Took my 89 year old mom to visit the house her Grandfather, Frank Enger, built and mother grew up in. What an amazing experience to stay in this incredible home, not only for my mom, but for my sister, myself and our daughters. The house is stunning and Matt could not have been a better host. He gave us a full tour of the house and we shared stories about our family history. Matt was very responsive to all our needs. Trip of a lifetime for my mom. Can't recommend this place enough."

"We had a busy weekend in Cinic and really needed somewhere to rest. Well this place was that and WAY more. My teens want to rent it again to be able to spend more time there! It had comfortable beds, it was walking distance to a lot of cool stuff, it had a lot of things to do inside. Not to mention it was a cool turn of the century home that has been renovated so it was a lot of charm. We also loved the quirky decorations! Definitely will rent again!"

We only had one significant complaint - it was unbearably hot upstairs. We couldn't get the thermostat downstairs under 80 degrees, and upstairs felt even hotter.
