"The cottage was spotless and very well appointed. Especially the kitchen: came supplied with both pod and drip coffeemakers - and coffee along with some other staples. Communication with the owners was clear and timely. While the property lot runs down to the sea at Western Shore, the cottage was not truly "ocean front". It is set back from the ocean a bit but we could sit right beside the sea. Lovely!"

"Every year my hubby and I go away for our anniversary and this year we chose this beautiful, quiet cottage near a lake that we had all to ourselves. This was the first time in 31 yrs we could actually swim in a body of water on our anniversary and so glad it was there. "We went there for Christmas with our kids and friend. Place is clean, charming. Lot of stuff for kids, toys, games, books, plastic dishes, high chair. Living room is spacious, with view on lake. The fire place works great, quiet area with a small convenience store a little further. You'll have to drive around 40 minutes to do your groceries. One of our best stay !!"

"Great location, good value. Cozy and comfortable for a week’s vacation. Only challenge is accessibility, I had assumed that both main floor bedrooms would be usable for adults but the small bed is just foam on plywood, so it isn’t practical for an adult to sleep in that room."

"Me and my family had a great and relaxing time at this charming and secluded cottage. We made good use of the kayak, paddle boat, and the beaches and loved spending time on the deck overlooking the water. Even with some rainy weather, we found plenty to do in nearby towns and made use of the board games and puzzles. The cottage is off the grid and powered by generator/solar but it is easy to manage. The host was very friendly and helpful."
