"First thing first, pool no open all summer. Volleyball area without Sand. Poor quality on towels. Telephone wasn’t working. I tried to extend my reservation for one more night and the person that night said I had to wait until my reservation was over to be extended. Makes no sense. "

"Though we did not actually stay here, the customer service was fantastic. We booked 2 rooms for a night. I checked in the early afternoon to make sure the rooms were on the same floor. They changed things around to make that happen. Later, due to unforeseen circumstances, we no longer needed the rooms. "The guy that checked me in was super friendly and hospitable. Even offered to help carry our things if needed. It is an old hotel that had been renovated. Everything was clean except the bathroom door. The cleaning service must’ve missed it several times. But everything else was clean. The beds were comfy. The hall way was extremely hot. I would suggest heating and cooling that area. Also, the top lock on the door, the chain lock, was missing. Really needed that for extra security. But overall I...
