"First visit to the Outer Banks. The condo was perfect! Clean and numerous amenities. Great communication with Tony. Host has detailed activities available in the area listed with a QR code. An informational binder rests on the coffee table. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. Our stay was from 5/8-5/15 prior to the busy season. "

"This was an awesome place to stay in the quiet outer banks area of Rodanthe. Kitchen was well stocked, bathroom had plenty of towels, and we appreciated the free small gifts the host bestowed upon us! Would definitely stay again! Thank you! "

"This was our first time staying in Avon. This was a cozy room in a great location. The Avon Pier was right across the street. Coffee in the cafe was delicious and convenient. Dawn was accommodating and had great recommendations for area restaurants. We also enjoyed a clay class and made our own coffee mugs. What a great experience. "

"The kitchen was above average for OBX beach houses -- it was great having lots of bathrooms -- the pool was large, private and secure (perfect when you have little ones) and the hot tub was excellent (room for four if you are friendly). Owners helpful and easy to deal with. Easy convenient walk to the beach on a wooden walkway. Would def come again."

"Chris is a great host. Very communicative and works hard to make everything work great. The house is really nice and a wonderful location. Our family had a great time. The pool is great and the beach is a short walk. Highly recommend and we would like to come again!!"

"Stayed two nights for a celebration of life for my husband. Got to show his brother the island and things he loved. The house was everything the website stated, the host communicated a great deal, and there were even nice little extras someone would appreciate who came with a family. I took full advantage of the swings. 😀"

"This is a very cozy house located just steps from the beach. We spent lots of time sitting on the decks watching dolphins, seabirds and spectacular sunrises. The house is well maintained and features an updated kitchen stocked with everything you might need. Close to two restaurants. It was a great stay. "
