"We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us. The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations. The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium...

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Barceló Maya Riviera Adults Only All-Inclusive Resort 🇲🇽🌴 1000/10! Barceló Maya Riviera has been an AMAZING experience! 😍 From the beautiful property to the relaxing atmosphere, this resort is everything I could ask for in any getaway. If you’re looking for an adults-only, all-inclusive vacation with plenty to explore, this is definitely one to consider! One of the BEST perks is that this resort is part of a community of six Barceló resorts, and because I’m staying at Barceló Maya...

But a little deeper many of the intentions to have international kitchens is very difficult to fulfill if the wish is to be authentic. I don’t think the chefs in the Italian restaurant ever have been in...

"The property is beautiful and large. There were always beach and pool chairs available. We enjoyed the complimentary water therapy experience at the spa and the yoga classes at the fitness center. In general, the staff was helpful, but not as friendly and engaging as some other resorts. The staff's proficiency in English wasn't as good as resorts closer to Cancun, but my Spanish isn't as good as their English! Specialty restaurants were a lot of fun especially the Asian hibachi experience. ...
