"We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."

All inklusive fungerer. Let at dykke fra mv. Idet de har egen bro. Dykining er forholdsvis dyrt på stedet. Undersøg evt. Andre muligheder. Aircon virkede ikke i fitness- stort minus. "This boutique resort is the top we've ever been to (it rates very high globally and its for a very good reason). My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary there and we were treated like royalty. The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the place was so beautiful, romantic, exquisite and unique. The beach was lovely and I'm sure to go back soon with our whole family. Probably the best resort in Mexico, it's worth every penny!"

"This was our 2nd trip to Hard Rock R. Maya. I was disappointed to say the least, overall it was not very clean, especially the swimming pools; pools were disgusting. The staff was not very helpful, and less attentive than I have experienced at other Hard Rocks. As soon as we checked in, we told the staff immediately that we did not want to become a member and that we were not going to go to the meeting about becoming a member, seems service went down hill really quick for us after that."

"Nice resort. Small. Only four restaurants so if you are there for many nights you may get bored with the cuisine. Good was good except for the steak house. After a good rain the rooms smell musty and like sewer. We stayed in the closest building to the pool. Easy walk to the pool and beach. The beach was nice. We went during seaweed season so there was a lot of seaweed daily on the beach. The staff worked night and day to try to clear it. The staff was exceptional. Kind, friendly and helpful....
