Clean room, great staff, good food, typical all inclusive drinks. I would not recommend the “more inclusive” option. It felt like every meal and experience had “upgrade” options that you had to pay for which took away from the convenience of the all inclusive. After check in we wanted to sit by the pool but the place where we needed to get towels was closed. We were looking forward to the catamaran experience but it had to get cancelled due to weather. That was understandable. But it was not understandable that they drove us to the location to then inform us it was cancelled. When we arrived at the beach where we were supposed to go on the boat, every decent option costed money. We paid 150 dollars for table and chairs for the day. We set up transportation at 5pm to return to the hotel. We rented towels at the beach and we did not see they needed to be returned at 4:30pm. It felt wrong that they had the pick up time 30 min after towels needed to be returned. We almost got charged 10 dollars per towel but luckily got our money back. It felt like everything was trying to be up sold and we didn’t appreciate that. We expressed our concerns but they did nothing at all and just tried to explain how they were right. We were very disappointed in the customer service and their un willingness to make the situation better. On arrival we weren’t able to make a dinner reservation because that closed before check in time which seems wrong.
