"When we came to the 'reception' to gain access to the property, we were advised that the unit was not available because it had already been taken (?!) and we were being given a 'suite' in the same building as the reception. The problem was that this was nowhere near the sea. Rather than 20 steps, it was an hour's walk away on mean suburban roads largely without sidewalks. "We where a family with our 5 year old daughter and we love the Il 2 … Simonetta are so nice it was clean and the house in 2 floors are great. Well equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms and and great pool 20 meters times 10 and a beautiful area. We enjoyed the terrace for dinner and wee the sunset go down over Orvieto. Totally a place to come back to. Fredrik, Vibeke and Lucca"

"Absolutely fantastic...could have stayed on and on! This was our third stay as a family at this superb house and we will be back again for sure. The house has plenty of space - more than enough for four adults and we wished that we had invited some friends too! As usual, Maria Cristina and Luca were the most wonderful and considerate hosts with excellent communication and, as expected, a the property was beautifully presented. "Vi tilbragte en uge i den centralt beliggende feriebolig og den tilhørende have. Haven var helt fantastisk og vi nød at indtage vores måltider der. Udsigten kunne ikke være bedre. Vores hund var meget begejstret for muren, hvorfra hun havde et godt overblik over de forbipasserende. "It has truly been a wonderful week - very peaceful and relaxing - you immediately lower your shoulders and feel at home. The tiny house is small but has all you need. The interior design makes it cosy and personal which is important for me when staying for a weeks time at the same place. The only tiny upgrade would be a better bed as the sofa bed is not the most comfortable. I would recommend this place."
