"We had a reservation for the small rooms. At first they tried to ask us to upgrade for an extra 25USD / night (which would have been cheaper to order directly at hotels.com). We decided not to and received a free upgrade as they had no available small rooms. However, when we entered the room, there was a leak in the aircondition which had been there for hours. The couch underneath was soaked. They fixed the leak within minutes, however nothing was done with the couch. For all 4 days we had a wet...

"So relaxing, quiet, idyllic. We loved the experience. Quiet beach, everything is included so we would just go to the ice cream/coffee shop every couple of hours, like in a story book. We had incredibly high quality breakfast and dinner daily, classy live music at night, the whole resort wasn't too big and was enclosed, isolated from other resorts, and so quiet, and the landscaping was a main focus and was incredible...we loved the different plants and foliage, it was like being in a botanical...
