"Let me start by saying. I’m fortunate to have traveled the Caribbean often. I’ve been to Mexico many times over the last 20+ years and Isla Mujeres several times. I’ve stayed in everything from 5 star all inclusive to some down right outdated DIY hotels.
Casa Del Jaguar didn’t miss. From the reception to departure everything was handled perfectly.
The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful through out our stay.

"This was a very secluded, beach property. Edith at the front desk was very helpful, assisting with transportation and any of our other requests with a smile. The staff on the beach, housekeeping, and anyone else we came in contact with were helpful and accommodating. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway to enjoy the sea and disconnecting from everyday life, this is the place for you. If you want constant entertainment and crowds, you may need to look elsewhere."

"The hibachi restaurant was our favorite. The resort is brand very clean and the staff is amazing. We were there celebrating our honeymoon and it was such a nice experience. We also booked dinner on the beach through the hotel and really enjoyed that as well. 10/10 highly recommend if you want a chill vacation. It’s not a party resort but nice if you want to relax. "

"The property was super clean and esthetically pleasing. 24 hour room service was a great amenity. The food could’ve been better, as well as nightlife. Butler service was amazing! Shoutouts to our butler Windam, he was the best! Spa service was great! The staff at the resort were very friendly and super helpful. Everyone had patience with us. Overall, this resort provided the perfect mix of turn up and relaxation. Can’t wait to return!"

Dejligt værelse med stor altan. Skønt at kigge ud på havet og alle bådene. Der er restaurant og meget lille pool. Et par solstole ved molen.
Sengen er gigantisk - og en hård nyser. Hovedpuderne kæmpe og drøn hårde.
Solen står lige på værelserne fra klokken 14. Så der er VARMT. Der er vifter på værelset. AC var lettere upraktisk lige over sengen. Der er ingen udluftning på badeværelset - så man må ha døren helt åben for...

"We had a lovely time at this resort! Before arrival, I had sent an email the FS butler team regarding wishlist and had done research on FB groups on this. Upon arrival, they did not disappoint. We were welcome into our room with lovely gifts for our kids, fruits and desserts on the table. Also, the provided many amenities for our kids that's tailored for kids.

"Everyone was wonderful! My husband lost his nice sunglasses at the airport and concierge helped him find a new pair that wasn’t 300. The kids area was perfect for my kids. We have a 3, 4, and 6 year old. Honestly, plan to book again which I never like to do to experience something new, but it actual gave me a break as a mom. "
