"Negatives- beds aren’t so comfortable, upstairs toilet struggles to flush, had to turn on the hot water heater and the place could use a deep clean. Positives- great location, great air conditioning, nice cabin feeling and the deck outside was great to hangout on. Overall I’d stay again and would recommend to anyone."

"Interesting cabin with fabulous views and access to the river. Many different birds. The beds were comfortable. The cabin could use a super good cleaning (floors and kitchen cabinets). But otherwise loved the location"

"There were 6 adults (24-50 years old) and 3 children under 3. There was plenty of space and plenty to do for all ages! We kayaked and paddle boarded daily. The hot tub was a great way to end each evening. The adult children loved the water trampoline! Alicia was absolutely amazing!! Quick to respond before and during g our stay. "My family visited primarily to ride the trails on our ATVs/ORVs. This house is super close to the trails and the kids enjoyed fishing off the peer each evening. The house was clean and the host made our check-in and check out really easy. Will most definitely book this house again!"
