"I really liked the property except for one thing. The beach was not on property . We had to ride on a small shuttle somewhere else if you wanted to go. Once you got there the beach had so much sargassum that you couldn't go in it. no one was cleaning it. There were two pools there that you could use but you had to pay 300 dollars to use them. Not ok if you had paid for an all inclusive package."

"This is an amazing hotel to spend your vacation! Excellent food at multiple restaurants and drinks served by friendly staff who are willing to help you out with anything.
Stayed a week+ here with family and everyone enjoyed each day. Every night there was some entertainment arranged by the staff. Everyone was very helpful from life guards at the beach to staff at the hotel entrance.
It is not easy to do this, day in and day out in 90+ humid weather. Andres, thanks for all the great drinks at...

El socorrista y el personal de la piscina muy amables y en todo momento proporcionaron información necesaria.
