"We were traveling to Carrollton, GA for a family wedding. This was a great location for my family - very close to the downtown area. It can easily accommodate 3 couples. The bedrooms are spacious and each bedroom has a full bath. The home has 2-zone air conditioning, one for each floor. The upstairs AC unit is a little loud - really the only drawback of this place. The only thing we noticed was that the cleaning crew left some areas untidy as far as sweeping and getting some spider webs down especially in the downstairs area and outside on the balcony. "I cannot say enough about this beautiful lake house place. The view of the lake is absolutely gorgeous, and the house was spotless clean! We took two of our grandsons on a weekend trip to the lake. We were not expecting kayaks to be included with the rental. This really made our trip extra special. The owner lives next door, and was very quick to answer any questions that we had. We are definitely planning on coming back as often as we can~"
