"The platinum service was great, especially from Evon. The beach area is small considering its potential. I feel there’s more that can be done with it. All 4 of the restaurants had great food and friendly service. The lobby bar closed too early. I feel it could be a great spot for those that want to enjoy a relaxing drink at night without loud music. Overall, great hotel, clean rooms, friendly service and amazing sea views."

"Can’t say enough about the hospitality given by Andy, Marvin and Kacee. The 3 made our 40th Anniversary such a special time. Andy was our server at the steak house who showed us such care and service, top notch, he deserves a raise! Marvin took care of our room upgrade after 3 nights of loud music and loud talking next door. Kacee greeted us each morning with a smile and a delightful good morning. "

"The whole resort is beautiful and staff is friendly and quick to help. Of particular fun was the entertainment staff, namely Mayra and the rest of the dance team. Mayra made it super easy to join in the fun, even for reluctant guests. She is a great dancer but her true skill is involving the guests in the fun.
