"Loved this place. This was my first time being here and I loved it. I will definitely be back. The only down side was cell service wasn’t great and the internet wouldn’t work all the time but it still was overall great. The staff was friendly and they kept the place looking so nice. Definitely recommend people to stay there. "

"We stayed for 5 nights, we were 3 people and they never cleaned the room or changed towels, or gave shampoo or anything, we had to go ask for a couple of towels on the 4th day so we could share these and have clean towels to dry ourselves. The entrance to the hotel is a little uncomfortable, but it is very close to the beach."

"Nice stay, and pool - even if the apartment was in worse condition than expected. For example it dripped from the ceiling the first night and we could see on the ceiling that it was an occasional damage. We solved it with a towel on the floor where it dripped. Very central place to stay, in San Juan. Ok price overall. Breakfast was toast and coffee. A little juice and a slightly larger selection of spreads for the toast will help a family with children like ours."
