To start off, the property address on details shows a different address after confirmed booking. They send the correct address once check in will happen. That’s confusing if multiple people will be staying at the property since the correct address is sent to the person who booked. Secondly, as soon as you walk in, there is a nasty stench, not sure if it’s mold or smoke. However, it isn’t pleasant. Third, there’s no elevator, so having luggage and/or an elderly person will be excruciating on having to go up the flight of stairs. More over, there’s no parking, they do suggest some parking but it’s 5-10 mins away. Which should be listed on the details and information. To continue, once we finally made it into the Airbnb, there was sand everywhere and it was not properly clean. They visually cleaned trash but no broom or mop was used or anything wiped down. To make matters worse, it’s listed that’s there’s WiFi but there definitely was no WiFi. They make an excuse as if they send a technician to fix it and when it’s not fixed, they state it’s a provider issue. Honestly the worse part of the trip was not having WiFi because that also affected the TV which needs a network to function. Due to no proper ventilation, the AC leaks and drips water onto the floor. However, nothing beats the puddle and water leakage when it rains. There’s a hole on the wall that drips water. We had to put multiple towels to avoid from it spreading everywhere. Property isn’t taken care of. Don’t book
