"The staff was always polite, friendly , respectful and ready to help. The property was beautiful but unfortunately for us the beach was not in good condition due to the large amount of seaweed on the beach and in the ocean. If the beach had been accessible it would have been a perfect vacation. "

"We came to stay for a vacation and to tour the grounds as an option for our wedding next year…and we decided to get married here! It’s a nice size resort with beautiful pools and an incredible beach. And literally everything we ate at all the restaurants was amazing. Roots was the best food and did not disappoint for three dinners! They are renovating so at times the notice was an issue and the carpeting was gross in the hallways, but that is getting replaced soon. We loved our stay and bringing...

"The area was beautiful. Nice view and vibes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There are good food options on the resort but if you’re looking for more options there are many local spots right outside the resort that are recommended. You can use uber or concierge can order you a taxi :)"

"Village Inn was a nice surprise in what felt like middle of a mountain. Only a short drive from airport but located in very lush area, serenaded by coquis all evening. We had hiked El Yunque and other places and the amount of coquis seemed barely audible compared to this hotel.
Room was very clean and nicely cared for. Fridge and microwave were brand new. Bathroom was also clean with ample amount of towels. Beds had clean likeness and were very comfortable. Pool area looked like a perfect spot...

"Was there for a girls trip with my best friend and we felt so safe and well informed! Our check in process was amazing and we were given free access to a beach club and a shuttle to and from! The hotel is under renovations however that did not affect our stay! The pool was fantastic! Everything about our stay was so great and I wish I could remember the name of our check in agent cuz he was great! And the two drivers the assisted with our bags and the shuttle services. We will be back thank you...

"Vi havde booket for tre dage. Som et ankomsthotel. Perfekt og nemt at komme fra kort afstand fra lufthavn til hotel. Nem og hurtig checkinn. Søde og hjælpsomt personale.
