The wildlife in the rooms could take a moment to get to used to if you're not a big nature person, but I'm a city girl and I didn’t struggle much. I'd suggest bringing extra pair of ear plugs though if you’re a light sleeper as the wildlife is vibrant at night. The hotel did provide ear plugs. The food served in very good, we had fresh fish my husband just caught in the seaBut only breakfast and lunch is available, and breakfast only around 8.45 each day. The place was deserted in the evening and night, which was quite strange, but close to Souffiere, where you can find good restaurants."

"As a woman traveling alone the surrounding of this hotel isn't that comfortable. However the hotel and the staff made my stay there very good. They ordered the best ever Taxi-driver for me, which made me feel very safe going anywhere. If you are in Soufriere for visiting the surrounding sites like the Pitons, Sulphur Springs etc. and not staying in the hotel or "locally" I would highly recommend it."

"The apartment is in a great location with a stunning view and it’s in beautiful condition for a small 1 bedroom! Walking distance to restaurants and other stores. It does get hot since there is only one A/C unit, fortunately in the bedroom. I had read another review mentioning roosters! Lol it’s true and they are no joke!! I still have to give it high marks tho! "

"It was a great location, easy to find, and peaceful. It is just up the hill from Soufriere. Resort has amazing views and friendly staff. The restaurant serves great food. Cottage was nice and bed was comfortable. Definitely recommend you have a rental car. Some of the property grounds were run down but staff was working on that while we were there."

"Boendet ligger mitt i Soufriere och är en vanlig bostadsgata i staden. Vi var väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse och i vårt tycke var det gångavstånd till både den botaniska trädgården (15-20 min) och till Anse Chastanet/Mamin (ca. 30-40 min) som var de finaste stränderna i området.
Carshina var en glad och trevlig värd som dessutom bjöd oss på barbeque med resten av gatan vilket var en rolig överaskning.
Kan vara lite högljutt på gatan utanför på morgonen då personer går till jobbet, så vill...
