"Sofitel St. James continues to cater the best service - check-in by Mrs Yee, attention from the Hotel manager were spot on. As a frequent guest it is a pleasure to experience that kind of attention. Had a shirt that needed a rush ironing - Sofitel staff managed to handle it - touché. Rooms are clear, moderns with a british twist, breakfast is tasteful, location-wise is very central without being in a noisy area. Highly recommend it."

Nice and central which was fantastic. You could go out, come back for 30 min and go out again, without feeling like you missed any time!
The room was very nice and cozy, albeit a bit small, but I worked great for me and my friend.
The only thing I could comment on, is the facts that it’s very dark in the lobby, you feel like it’s always night."

Staff were extremely welcoming. I was greeted by Alberto on my arrival and he was just so friendly and helpful, and also seemed highly competent. The room was spacious and clean, and I appreciated the complimentary mineral water. Gym was well equipped, and the pool was nice too if slightly cold for my taste. Breakfast was also quite good. Location was convenient an room surprisingly quiet. I thought overall that it was great value and would return. "

I recently had a fantastic stay at St. James Court, A Taj Hotel. The service was excellent and the staff exceptionally attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The hotel’s location is superb, offering easy access to nearby attractions and a vibrant local atmosphere. The only downside was the limited natural daylight in the room, which was a bit disappointing. Despite this minor flaw, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future."

At midnight, none could be seen, you could see the london eye from the street... but to pay that much.. no.
We payed to go on the 15th floor for dinner and was rushed from our table and the 60 pound wine... was gone when we went to have a view photo taken... "
