"Ideal location in the centre of Saumur close to shops and restaurants, just under the Saumur castle. The hosts provide a breakfast option which is a nice addition. The appartment is well-furnished and comfortable."

"A really great character property with amazing features throughout. Very comfortable beds and everything we needed for a short stay in Tour. 30 second walk to the medieval quarter of Tour so location could not be better. Secure underground parking available which we used but there is a public car park directly opposite so lots of options. Highly recommended and would stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay very much! The apartment has historic charm, which I appreciate. Everything we needed was there, except for some sort of soap or body wash for the shower. Checking in and out could be inconvenient, as Claude needs to be present to deliver and receive keys back. That helped explaining how the outer door locks and unlocks and explaining where the parking spot is. The spot is a little distance away, but considering how hard it is to find an open spot in that area, I’m grateful...

"This was a great property for our family of 6 adults and 4 kids - ages 7 months to 6 years. The layout of the home was great for sleeping babies and the outdoor areas were well designed to keep kids contained. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was great for children. The fish pond was also a hit. We saw deer and hummingbirds. We would definitely return. "

"Appartement agréable et très bien situé. Je regrette toutefois le manque de communication avec notre hôte, qui n'a pas repondu à mes messages (lavabo bloqué, chauffage défectueux). Nous avons eu froid tout le week-end."

"We loved this property for its location, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the owner, Pascale. There are two flights of stairs to go up, but even with heavy, wine filled suitcases, we didn’t find them too difficult. If you’re driving there are several options within easy walking distance of the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again!"
