"The stay was lovely. It's was a little confusing to figure out the way around and which pools were which. I had one idea that could actually be helpful for making dinner reservations - what if you sent an email with all the dinner options that could provide a way that make online reservations? I know you can do that piecemeal but there are so many wonderful restaurants it would be nice to be able to access the list of choices without having to figure out what to search for. "

"We enjoyed the beautiful resort. The food was good and the staff was great. The housekeeping staff kept it very clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was the very loud music at the pool. I wish it was a little lower and a variety of music. Everything else was great. "

"It was very pleasant to be at the Serenade Hotel. We enjoyed every moment on it. Clean rooms, good room services, they placed beer and water every day on the fridge. "The area was beautiful. Nice view and vibes. The staff was very friendly and attentive. There are good food options on the resort but if you’re looking for more options there are many local spots right outside the resort that are recommended. You can use uber or concierge can order you a taxi :)"

"OMG....this was by far the best resort I've ever been to. Every single thing was literally perfect! Literally!!! The grounds were beautiful and clean and modern. The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. The food was perfect and plentiful and CLEAN. The entertainment was so good that it gave Broadway vibes. "This was our first all-inclusive experience and it was a great one. The resort had so much stuff to do and keep us occupied for full 3 days. Everything from the room with access to private pool, the infinity pool, beach and kids water park were clean and enjoyable. The staff was really great and always there to help us with anything we wanted. We did not explored any restaurants requiring reservations but the buffet options were good enough to keep us full for all the meals."

"Not even close to value for money. Sofa bed horrible, too many rules in the pools that dont make any sense. Service not personal at all - its all about getting so much guests through as possible Even the cleaning people knocking on the door 20 min to check out time. Paid 1000 dollars pr night and got 4 cans of water upon arrival, thats it. Restaurants only average service and food, but all of them expensive. 30-60 min waiting time on the water slides every day."
