"Very solid hotel option in the middle of santurce. The room is cleanly and spacious at an affordable price. The only things to note are that there is no front desk service and you’ll have to call ahead for cleaning service on your room. Also the front door has some steep steps going down and can swing open a little vigorously when windy."

"Nice place and great location! Near several restaurants, bars, and across the road from the beach. The apartment had almost everything we needed. It would be a nice touch if cooking essentials were supplied, such as oil, salt, pepper, etc. We had a rental car to explore the island but seems like using the bus would be a great alternative if staying in the West Bay area for the duration. I would stay here again."

"Our stay was disappointing. The facilities are in poor condition, worn furniture and a bathroom in need of maintenance. To make matters worse, we were never able to connect to the WiFi during our entire stay, despite asking for help."

"Very nice place to chill and relax. Oceanfront and with a great terrace. We enjoyed our stay. Location was good, but you will still need a car to get to restaurants and shopping places."

"I’ve been to Aruba over 75 times and this was my first time staying at this place. It is a very clean and safe apartment. It’s super convenient and walking distance to surfside beach , only a 10 min drive to downtown and the staff is very attentive and welcoming! They have beach chairs , towels , and even snorkel gear to use. Highly recommend and will be staying here again!"

"Dead larvae on the floor, damp stains that look like mold on walls and ceilings, a sofa with stains of what I hope is chocolate, used toilet paper under the bed, hair everywhere, including in the “clean” bed linen, and dust and sand all over the floor. The shower had no drain cover, and the shower curtain was dirty.
Overall extremely filthy, unhygienic, and unwelcoming. I have stayed in many places across Asia, Africa, and South America, and this is without doubt the dirtiest place I have ever...
