"Our first time back to St Thomas in 10 years and we had a great time. The house was great. Needs a few small maintenance items - squeaky doors and the refrigerator kept freezing our food. I would pay for the pool to be heated. Overall all it was great and we’d stay here again. Tarcia is a great property manager and very responsive to any communications. "

"Absolutely stunning views with large open areas for gathering. The villa had everything you need to relax and enjoy time away. Definitely get a jeep for the ride to the home. Can’t wait to return back again!"

"Great house we enjoyed every bit of it. The views are incredible. The caretaker/ check in- check out was super easy.A true adventure getting in and out of property location I would suggest a 4wd high clearance vehicle. We where in a minivan loaded heavy with 7 people and all our luggage and in wet conditions it was a challenge to say the least.The house could use a bit of love but over all 9 out of 10 stars."

"The condo was very clean and spacious for our large family vacation of 8. NIce and fully stocked kitchen and supplied beach towels and beach chairs made day trips to the different beaches very easy. Also nice to have some supplied coolers for the beach excursions. Only issue we experienced was a power failure to the property which was not and issue with the condo. Found out that power failure was at the meter. Only bring that up because the condo had a backup generator so we still had...

"My wife and I are in our 60’s and had our children in their 30’s and grandchildren 1and 2. The house was perfect for us. 3 levels so each family had their bedroom on their own level. The pool was loved by the grandbabies and adults alike. The adults LOVED the area down by the water and enjoyed hours snorkeling there. The walk down is not for those with handicaps, the very young or the very old. But it worked for us. The hosts were very communicative and friendly. Just a fabulous experience all...
