"We had a wonderful stay. The property managers were attentive and the listing was accurate. We brought our own paper towels and dish pods which worked out well along with coffee and coffee filters. The pull out sofa was comfortable and we absolutely loved the patio view! The water park was perfect for our boys and the Harbourside pool was a great place to unwind after a day at the water park: We will be back!"

"Loved the location of Harborside. Had access to all Atlantis had to offer with the ability to come home to a peaceful oasis. Walked each morning and night along the harbor and was in awe of the jaw dropping yachts. It was a pricey vacation for sure, but an experience we won't soon forget. "

"We had a wonderful stay in a 3 bedroom villa. We actually had two 3 bedroom units and they accommodated us by putting them right next door. In addition we requested water view and the view was excellent. We did have a problem with a couple of appliances but the staff quickly rectified the problem. The waterpark was good but it is getting a little run down. There were areas that were permanently closed. I would recommend they provide towels by the beach. "Amazing property, this is the way to do Atlantis if you want to do your own cooking, healthy and not spending money on overpriced food that’s not even healthy or good. Quiet place and amazing for families. Still have access to all the Atlantis amenities including beaches. No hidden charges either. Once again, best way of staying in Atlantis. "

Compared to the great interactions with all the service people at the resort, the group working at the Harborside check in and reception area were not as nice, lacked basic information about transportation, resort facilities and seemed “put off” when asking them questions"

"The most incredible sand beaches and clear, multi-blue water I’ve ever seen. The temperatures were consistently hot all week long. You’d wake up to 24 Celsius, mid day hit 28 Celsius and the evening cooled down to 26 Celsius. Throw in 80 percent humidity and boy it’s HOT!! Harbourside Resort gave us easy walking access to the Atlantis property for pools, waterslides and beaches.
