"Poor restaurant with a not-up-to-date menu card with too much unhealthy food. Many of the waiters were simply not up to their jobs and the service level was not impressive in the restaurant - and at the morning buffets in particular. The mattresses were WAY too soft and given us all five family members a bad lower back and therefore not getting a good night's sleep. Don't go there - go to St. John Inn hotel on St. John instead - a super place with great service."

"We stayed for two nights. The room was nice and clean, and there was great water pressure. The beach and pool were acceptable, but not amazing. The food and beverage options on site left something to be desired. It is right next to the Ritz, and you can make reservations there for excursions and meals (which is what we did). The staff were pleasant and responsive. Nothing to blow your socks off. The exterior areas, including pool and beach, could benefit from some sprucing up. "

"Great place for families to stay. We enjoyed the beach and pool as well as activities the hotel put on. We took a mixology class, had mimosas and muffins, and took a few water aerobics classes. "We had a great stay on this property. Check-in and check out were smooth. The unit was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - beach towels, washer/dryer, plates, pots, etc. We cooked some of our meals so, it was helpful to have what we’d need for that. The unit has a great view from both balconies (!) and the proximity to the beach was a major plus. Brandon was also really helpful and answered all of our questions very promptly. Not very easy to walk elsewhere if you want to explore...

"My husband & I only stayed one night but, really enjoyed the condo. We were astounded at the view!! The condo is up at the top of the hill, so it's not surprising! The host, Chris, was very responsive and helpful getting us into the property and letting us know what amenities of Point Pleasant had. Very helpful because it is tricky to find the condo without her instructions. I would have given the overall rating of 5 stars, but the A/C did not seem to work, and I couldn't leave the slider doors...
