"The hotel is great, quiet and very peaceful. Not crowded. the staff is amazing, specially Gabriel he was the nicest person and always ready to aid us. The only thing I believe it could improve is the food. It’s good, but it could be better, specially meat options and the buffet closest to the ocean. The specialty restaurant are really good. The rooms (and everywhere) were always clean. The beer could be way colder. "

Staff that was not very welcoming In the main buffet and beach buffet and reception. Pick up luggage did not come either, and food at the hotel were not very interesting at all. "

"The property was beautiful! I strongly recommend the 2 story room with the plunge pool. The food was amazing and they kept the drinks coming. The only negative I have is the soliciting on the beach. I wanted to truly relax but was interrupted several times by people who wanted to sell massages, pictures, cigars, bracelets, etc. However, overall this is a 5 star resort."
