"Nice room and balcony. But very bad breakfast. 1 day difficult to get more coffee 10 min before closing. 1 day only 1 piece of bread to share and no one to contact. Only plastic cutlery and small containers with jam, cheese and butter. 1 bottle of juice and water. Nice pool with wiew."

"Super serviceminded personale. Især Humberto fra Nathold var meget professionel og serviceminded. En rigtig dejlig opblevelse. Det eneste minus var der en: Kakerlak I badeværelse. Gulvtæpperne er meget slidte og plettet, men rengøringen fejlede ikke noget. Personalet venlighed opvejer slitage på de forskellige flader.Måske kan personale give lidt mere info om området omkring hotellet (en del af aktivitet ved bagsiden af bygningen bliver anvendt til private eventer)"

"Not even close to value for money. Sofa bed horrible, too many rules in the pools that dont make any sense. Service not personal at all - its all about getting so much guests through as possible Even the cleaning people knocking on the door 20 min to check out time. Paid 1000 dollars pr night and got 4 cans of water upon arrival, thats it. Restaurants only average service and food, but all of them expensive. 30-60 min waiting time on the water slides every day."
