"This location was amazing! The property a selected was a one bedroom and it did not disappoint. This is a great location as it is near a lot of different areas/beaches. It’s 5 min from the choli, less than 7 from La placita, about 15-20 from old San Juan. The property was clean and it was very comfortable. We did not have any issues during our stay. It was easy to access the property/room. About a block away there’s a small bar, Bonanza, which we loved! I will definitely book again with them...

"Reef View Pavilion is not what we expected at all. Pictures at hotel.com are stunning but reality is that the place is not in a condition I would recommend anyone for that price. Essentially it is at the same condition as I would expect a hostel in Chile, Peru or Bolivia where I have travelled a lot. Example: No hot water in the shower, Dirty dishes and cutery in shared spaces. Breakfast consisted of coffee, two slices of toastbread with no spread of any kind and two eggs. No milk, butter,...

"Absolutely love the location! The beach access was great and views of the water are breathtaking. I wish they had bicycles and beach umbrellas as indicated on their website. Sarah (concierge host) and Lita (villa attendant) were amazing. 10 out of 10 for me. Surpassed my expectations. "

"It was a wonderful property! My sisters had the other 2 properties. Ours leaked a lot we were in the Manuela, that one leaked a lot, so we needed to cook in the other 2. It was quite rainey, so if you book maybe book when there is no rain. Other than that it was wonderful! "

"The Grand Forest is by far the best place I’ve been in my life. The place, room, facility and the personalize service by the staff was the best ever for me. The owner (Mike and his wife) themself make sure that every guest feels welcome and are receiving the best care. Thank you Mike for your personalized service. Hoping to be back soon."

"This place is close to heaven on earth. For us this place was magnificent. We could choose to be close to other people by taking the bus into either Oistins or Bridgetown OR you could choose to be private. Even though the beach was public, it nearly felt like a private beach as there was only a few guests at the property. The landlord Wolfgang and his wife was friendly and welcoming, giving good advice on where to go and what to see. They live at the property. And the Manager, Sharice was...

"All in all our entire group was very satisfied and enjoyed this vacation Home. This location is great for large groups. The main kitchen and dining area were excellent with very nice views off of the attached decking. Our only complaint was with one bedroom in the lower level of the main house that obviously had a smoker that previously stayed there. We would definitely book this location again!"

Dårlig service og lyd og fugtfølsomme værelser.

"Væreslerne var fugtige og der var ikke mulighed for at lufte ud, så tøjet blev ulækkert. Man kunne tydeligt høre naboerne gennem dørene, faktisk bare se tv. Personalet hang, når man spurgte om selv simple ting. Vi blev ikke introduceret til hotellet da vi kom, så som muligheder, rent vand, funktioner, pool, strand osv. Det betøs vi selv prøvede at sætte en stol med parasol op, hvorefter vi fik skæld ud af personalet. Den ene dag fungerede AC fx ikke i gym og vanddunken havde de lige glemt at fylde op. Vores nøgle lige så, selvom de ' fiksede' den i receptionen. Der var ingen rent vand tilgængelig efter kl.1900, hvilket er helt uacceptabelt særligt når man ikke informeres om det ved ankomst. Det er et 4 sternwt hotel. Det er det mindste man kan forvente. Endelig var der fest på hotellet, hvilket betød at halvdelen af foyéen blev lukket ned for andre gæster. "
