"My stay at this villa was a first-time experience, and while there were some adjustments. The room itself was clean, although there were a few stains on the sofa. Having on-site laundry facilities was a definite plus. There were a few practical challenges to keep in mind. Getting a taxi in the area proved quite difficult; we eventually had to walk to a nearby dental office just to ask for help calling one. Also, be prepared to spend alot on grocery shopping and there is no oven in the apartment....

"The location of the villa was great and very convenient. However, there was A/C only in the two bedrooms and not in the living room, which was uncomfortable, especially when spending time in the common areas. The bathroom was also a bit outdated. On the positive side, Letty, one of the housekeepers, was absolutely wonderful. She was very welcoming, sweet, attentive, and made us feel well taken care of."

"The ocean view is awesome not really a beach view but still beautiful. Property itself is beautiful but the villas def haven’t been updated since built. Broken doors that are hard to open and have cracked glass and cabinets falling apart but in general a good stay just needs like 5/10 k probably invested in each villa and they’d be immaculate . "Reef View Pavilion is not what we expected at all. Pictures at hotel.com are stunning but reality is that the place is not in a condition I would recommend anyone for that price. Essentially it is at the same condition as I would expect a hostel in Chile, Peru or Bolivia where I have travelled a lot. Example: No hot water in the shower, Dirty dishes and cutery in shared spaces. Breakfast consisted of coffee, two slices of toastbread with no spread of any kind and two eggs. No milk, butter,...
