"Food was very good - room was clean and bed was comfortable! Lazy River was a plus even for us adults! Beer was cold and drinks were great! Room was always cold and cleaned each day which was good! Frig was restocked each day with 2 beers and soft drinks and water! Bathroom was small but nice and clean. They did want 40.00 to add lobster which we did not pay or eat. Go early for supper or just do the buffet which was delicious"

"The internet was lousy. The all inclusive quality of food was mainly carbohydrates (pasta, pizza, over-cooked veggies, multi coloured cakes, french fries. All this served in a food hall/canteen with bright light and very noisy. Everybody pushes each other to get to the food and line up to wait. "I loved this hotel. I cant wait to see it once all the renovations are done. Its very warm an welcoming. The cats was a added plus they are so friendly. "Service var i top, de ansatte var så søde. Lokation var perfekt, rigtig lækker strand. MEN hotellet var så slidt og ulækkert, der lugtede af mug på værelserne, aircondition larmede enormt meget, møblerne var ødelagt og malingen krakeleret. Det lignede slet ikke noget nær billederne. Tæppet på værelset var så beskidt at min datter på 8 måneder fik sorte knæ af at kravle på det. Kommer ikke tilbage igen."

"Not even close to value for money. Sofa bed horrible, too many rules in the pools that dont make any sense. Service not personal at all - its all about getting so much guests through as possible Even the cleaning people knocking on the door 20 min to check out time. Paid 1000 dollars pr night and got 4 cans of water upon arrival, thats it. Restaurants only average service and food, but all of them expensive. 30-60 min waiting time on the water slides every day."
