"This Beautiful Villa with everything you could possibly need for a lovely holiday. On arrival the Villa was spotlessly clean very well equipped ,even a very handy water cooler .Also a very much appreciated welcome pack of homemade jam ,eggs ,milk, bread ,etc. The Villa is very spacious and modern . Pool area also very spacious with large pool and plenty of loungers plus a big barbeque area. "Very comfortable stay - villa has all that you need. Property manager Liz is an excellent communicator and responds quickly and Steve the local manager was super helpful. The villa is very close to lovely beaches and a walk to restaurants and shops. Definitely go to Zorbas the amazing bakery! We would definitely visit again. Having a car helped us to do more locally and Empire car hire were excellent."

"Das Haus mit grossem Pool und schöner Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer liegt nahe zum Strand in einem ruhigen Quartier 5-10 Gehminuten bis an die Zentrumstrasse mit viel guten Restaurants. Das Haus selber ist jedoch schon in die Jahre gekommen und bedarf aus unserer Sicht einiger Rennovationen wie Küche, Bäder, Zimmer und die sehr unbequemen Betten. Leider war auch die Sauberkeit in der Küche nicht zum Besten und der Tumbler war auch nicht angeschlossen. Lieber Vermieter für die stolzen Konditionen,...

"The property was a 10 minute walk from a small town area but definitely not the most touristy area. There were supermarkets and restaurants and we had some excellent meals out. The beaches nearby were small and incredibly busy from very early so we went further afield. Ayia Napa was only a 20 minute drive with fabulous beaches,shopping, restaurants and a water park. We had some issues with the water supply in the villa which were frustrating and the outside area was quite small but it was clean...

"A very nice house with a big clean pool. Well-equipped and good space for us, a group of 4. Remember, there are no cleaning during your stay, when aware of this there are no disappoinment. Everything is close. We will return."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Haus war frisch renoviert. Der Vermieter sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Nur 5 Minuten zur Fuss bis an die kleine Bucht. Sehr für Schnorchel zu empfehlen. Wir kommen 2024 wieder."

"Well we really found a gem here, we have stayed in few villas in the area and this is the best by far The location is in a really nice spot at the end of a development and very quiet and although a bit further from Kennedy avenue with the restaurants, than we’ve stayed before, the walk is a leisurely 10 minutes. It is a 2 minute walk to lovely scouts beach and 2 mins more to fireman’s cove beach which has a lovely beach restaurant/cafe and our favourite place to sit with a cold drink or morning...
