The backyard is a great size and fenced in. The property backs up to a wash with a trail on the other side. The location is perfect! We will definitely return 👍"

"Enjoyed our stay at this home in Flagstaff. Great central location, easy base camp for exploring all this part of AZ has to offer. Home was exceptionally clean, beds were comfy, and hot tub was awesome to relax in. Mason was extremely responsive when we had an issue with the thermostat - he had it repaired within a couple hours. Great place to visit!"

"Ideal for Grand canyon and other northern AZ visits. The house and detached play area are both very cool. Easily accommodates 8+ guests. Be careful about GPS directions though, check with owner to stay on paved roads and not get bamboozled by software into going off road."

"Nice property, as described. Seems almost brand new. Well-appointed kitchen, multiple balconies, easy wi-fi access. Super location. Note it is a three-level unit, lots of stairs, might not work for everyone. Easy check in and check out. Minimal honey-do list for check out. Some places have pages of instructions, not this one! Our only frustration was with something out of the control of the owners. If you have a long car, you may have trouble getting into and out of the parking area. The...

"Nice place, pretty neighborhood. Mattresses and pillows were a bit hard for our liking but not much you can do since everyone has different preferences. Back yard is well fenced and we didnt have to worry about leaving our two dogs out while we were out."

"This place is adorable. My son and I stayed for two nights for a swim meet literally across the street at NAU. What a perfect location - we were able to go back-and-forth multiple times throughout the day, and also walk to a ton of restaurants and stores. "We found this place last minute for NAU Graduation. Grateful for the refrigerator since we had to store the cake for the reception the next day. Bed was very comfy that we overslept. Just don't close the master bathroom door all the way or you'll be stuck in there. Lol. Modular home needs to be releveled and door will be good. Otherwise, very clean, quiet spot to chill away from home."

"Andrew, Sabrina were very attentive staff. Made us feel right at home, pleasant attitudes and great service! We arrived later evening Friday and our water was not working. We called and got after hours who was polite and sent maintenance straight over. Josh arrived and instantly fixed the problem and even circled back around to make sure we had hot water. Would definitely come back just to visit the atmosphere and staff. "
