"We loved the resort! Worth it! Couple areas of improvement are: casino man yells at me as i take a selfie but there is no signage that no photos in the walkway around casino. Dining was very nice but too overpriced especially at Cleo not value for money for portion size. sides were too small. it was my husbands 50th and they didn't do anything but bring out the dessert with candles i brought which was lacking. "Not even close to value for money. Sofa bed horrible, too many rules in the pools that dont make any sense. Service not personal at all - its all about getting so much guests through as possible Even the cleaning people knocking on the door 20 min to check out time. Paid 1000 dollars pr night and got 4 cans of water upon arrival, thats it. Restaurants only average service and food, but all of them expensive. 30-60 min waiting time on the water slides every day."
