"Great property. Great for a relaxing family vacation"

"Overall okay. But not 5 stars hotel at all! Bad service at the restaurants, long waiting Lines for the buffet. Not clean service at the restaurant. Staff that was not very welcoming In the main buffet and beach buffet and reception. Pick up luggage did not come either, and food at the hotel were not very interesting at all. "

"Very nice and attentive staff. Beautiful resort. However our room had concerns. Crooked tv, soaps in bathroom were empty, hair dryer didn’t work, tv remote broken, no consistent water pressure in room, access to a thermostat but limited to only a couple degrees, “fully stocked bar” in the room was only 4 beers and some soda."

"Hotel was good overall. Food : Asador was very good! On the other hand Inari was horrible, at least what I had which was some fried rice with like a sweat a sour orange chicken. Staff was great everywhere but Music was the same songs pretty much in every bar. Coffee is great from Bávaro Coffee Animation wasn’t all there, the beach was divided in very short sections. In the area of “Unique” there’s wasn’t a single person lastly the room service around 1:30/2am was the hardest chicken...

"A wonderful resort with very friendly helpful staff who always said hello and greeted us with a smile. "Love the people and the facilities. Will return. Just do not fall for 90 minute conversation about buying into Hyatt. It took over THREE hours. Wouldn't take no for an answer! Get the butler service!"

"Everything was great, going back next year"

Dejlig...

"Bathrooms are extremely small, if you have a wheelchair not even the accessible ones are that great. I used the lobby all week. Need better accessible amenities. Including going down the beach, there isn't anything. Lots of stairs. Some things are not accessible for wheelchairs"
