The grounds at Paradisus Palma Real were beautiful! The resort itself was really nice. We had a master suite deluxe room and it was spacious and clean. We had a patio with a jacuzzi as well. We were a family of 7 that included 3 children ranging from ages 4-11. We did not think the resort was very kid friendly. It felt more like an adults only resort. Not a lot of entertainment happening at this resort. It was also on the smaller side. We wished there were more activities throughout the day and evening. As for the food, it was ok. Typical resort food. We were disappointed that the restaurant Flora was “adults only” yet there were kids eating there everyday. When I questioned it they said they needed to speak to a superior to get an ok for my children to eat there. Unfortunately, it was not approved. We found that to be unfair. Overall, the employees are such hard workers. Everyone is super nice and friendly. Shout out to our concierge Andres for booking our dinner reservations everyday and sending us the daily programs for activities. The pools are immaculate. The beach was clean but it’s sargassum season so not very clear. This is obviously out of the resorts control but they did work hard to keep up with it.
