"Overall okay. But not 5 stars hotel at all! Bad service at the restaurants, long waiting Lines for the buffet. Not clean service at the restaurant. Staff that was not very welcoming In the main buffet and beach buffet and reception. Pick up luggage did not come either, and food at the hotel were not very interesting at all. "

"We have travelled to many places and stayed in many great hotels, but Live Aqua Beach Resort Punta Cana exceeds them all. Great surroundings, friendly and helpful staff, great food options, and the rooms just perfect. We will for sure be back."

"The staff was great. The only thing that I have trouble was the food in the chef gourmet restaurant because the food was not cook well and they give a lobster that was raw in one part and my boyfriend order a lamb chops and them medium rare and they bring them rare. The others restaurants the food was awesome."

"After having been to Secrets Akumal two times, Maroma and Royal Beach I would have that this would be comparable. The butler could have cared less. Our 20th Anniversary was never addressed after telling numerous employees and the butler didnt e en find us until days after our trip. I wouldn't recommend this resort. I will say beach and food were great though. "

"They were undergoing some renovations that seems to have some staff displaced. This did make some service slow. However it was still very enjoyable and the property was beautiful. The views of the ocean landscape were amazing. The staff was friendly and happy to help and the food on the resort was amazing. Will definitely be back."

"They have a lot of Resturant with various varieties. Taste of Italian and French dishes not the best. Disappointed for not having Mediterranean resturant or Buffett night on the beach. Hope they can add it to their collection. Need more live music at the pool and lobby. Great staff and middle management team on top of their staff. Thank you "
