"Our family was very comfortable here and we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean when we arrived and is decently stocked with linens and kitchen items. The golf cart was a fun addition and our kids loved walking out the back doors to jump into the pools. Tatiana was always accessible if we needed her. We did have some trouble getting through the guard gate at check in, but Tatiana was able to help us over the phone. Overall we would definitely recommend this property!"

"For a relaxing down south vacation this ticked all the boxes...it was everything the pictures showed and the descriptions on line were accurate. With 24/7 security we felt 100% safe. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed We went outside the condo area before dark several times where you can access small gift shops, grocery and liquor stores and everything was just a short walk. "We spent fine holiday in the villa with beach access. Good staff, check in was easy and fast. There are all you need here, towels, linens. Recommend! "

"Sunshine villa was amazing for our family trip. Communication leading up to the trip was easy and very helpful. The property itself was as good as advertised. Beautiful yard, pool, and neighborhood. The staff was incredible and the chef was equally as great. We hope to come back!"

"Overall a wonderful vacation - Two parents over 65 and two adult children. Nicole was a great host and checked in to make sure everything was in order. We rented a car (recommended), stopped at the National Supermarket by airport and bought breakfast food and snacks. Easy 15 min drive to apt. It helps to check google maps before you arrive to get oriented. Penthouse was beautiful. It seemed as if we had the whole place to ourselves. (Pool and beach were empty). Pool guy brings out the umbrellas...
