This time, I brought my 88 year old mom and met up with cousins that were in OBX also that we hadn’t seen in years. We made a lot of great memories. The condo was perfect for our needs."

"This was a great place for our short stay. The most important thing to us was the dog friendly atmosphere for a reasonable price, which we found here at swell life. The home was clean. You can see the sound/bay and the ocean from the deck. If you sit in the right spot you can watch the waves roll in and in the other spot watch the sun set and its gorgeous colors over the sound/bay. You can hear the ocean at all times. We always like a oceanfront view and although this wasn't an oceanfront view....

"We loved Ritzy Roost- It was clean, beautiful and the location is fabulous. The kitchen had everything we needed and the building had elevator access, and friendly quiet neighbors. The deck was awesome for sunrises with coffee. My ONLY complaint- is that though the management company responds to requests, they don't do anything. Seriously. Two huge bags of dirty bed linens and towels from the guests before us sat on the front step in front of our door THE ENTIRE WEEK WE WERE THERE. After 3 days...

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great. The condo was clean and had a lot of room for our family of 3. The condo could use a little updating. We had an issue with both of the sliding screen doors to the balconies. They just sit on the track without rollers so they're hard to open and close. Also the bathtub in the master bathroom is really hard to get in and out of. But those were very minor inconveniences to our overall stay, just annoying. Otherwise we had an amazing time here...

I love the Nagshead area and will probably return again for vacation with family. If I had to pick one thing wrong it would be have easier access to the beach. Would be very hard for handicapped people to access the beach. Also very hard to pull a beach wagon up the stairs of the boardwalk. Besides that our vacation was perfect."

"We stayed at this house last year for our annual girls' trip and loved it so much, we decided to stay here again! We love the location and neighborhood. They have upgraded the lower-level bonus room with AC and heating which was fabulous! You can easily get to several restaurants and shopping places without going out to main highway - about 1 minute drive from house! Everything was ready for us upon arrival - super clean. Love that they soap and shampoo in showers. They provide 4 beach chairs...
