This rental is in Phase 1, which is one of the 2 smaller sections of condos. Usually there were no more than 10-12 people at the pool at any one time. Everyone here was helpful and friendly! This rental unit had everything we needed for the time we were there. Usually we just cooked and ate on our own deck....

"Very nice location. This unit is on the 17h floor of the Park Royal hotel. The view is fantastic from the windows and deck overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It has a new kitchen and appliances. The Park Royal Hotel is an older building with overworked elevators. The hot water was often not hot or was off but was corrected during our stay. "Couldn’t have been a better overall experience! Owner was great! Check in was simple as can be. Building is safe and nice. Perfect location for a Mazatlan vacation. Condo itself is just as nice as the pictures and was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. Great price for such a perfect spot! Would highly reccomend!"
