"Enjoy a wonderful farmhouse in the hills between Santa Rosa and Calistoga. The grounds around the house are fantastic with old oaks, new plantings, plenty of song birds, and ample outdoor seating. The farmhouse sits on a old Arabian horse farm and vineyard, which is a vista for the senses. There is plenty of room for five though only a bath and a half. The laundry machines are also a plus. "We were a group meeting up in one of our favorite cities from 2 different states. We chose Sam’s home to have amazing views while we catch up on life. There was plenty to do and we enjoyed every bit of the property. The views were enjoyed with morning coffee and afternoon sunshine. All the beds were comfortable. The house was right for the 46 and easy to get to. Sam was responsive with all messages leading up to, and on, the trip. Definitely keeping this home bookmarked for future stays!"

"We stayed with 8 and 10 yo kids in April. The place is really great, located only 15 minutes from park entrance. The house is in the middle of the real farm with a lot of animals around. Our boys were really excited about being on the farm and even helping around. We felt very welcomed and really impressed with the friendliness of everyone."

"This property was the perfect getaway spot for us in Malibu. The ocean view from the front with the lovely porch including rocking chairs and the views of the mountains, valley and vineyard in back with the Adirondack chairs for relaxing were a delightful treat. We loved the bird and wildlife viewing, hiking the trail in back and the peaceful quietness of the property. We had easy access to the PCH and all that Malibu had to offer, including the lovely shopping center at the bottom of the hill....

"This house was absolutely perfect for our corporate retreat! The booking, checking in, checking out, closing process was all incredibly easy. The team was very friendly and easy to work with at Birdsong. The house... absolutely gorgeous. Everything you could want in a beautiful getaway. "So distant family came together to celebrate Christmas over the New Year holiday. This place was perfect for the occasion. Plenty of room, utensils, blankets, towels and seating. "We brought our adult children to stay at this house for a family Thanksgiving dinner. The house is really cute and easy to access. There is a great bakery and market within walking distance. There were also some bars and restaurants, but we didn’t go to them because it was a holiday weekend. The decor was charming and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and they left some nice snacks and a bottle of wine for us. We appreciated the details."
