"It was our first time in Cancun and it went better than okay!. The staff was friendly , helpful , and nice. We appreciate the two bartenders Enrique and Jose so always providing great service. Apart from the staff , the only thing is the food isn’t the best but it is food so please don’t listen to the ungrateful people saying the food was terrible because in the end we were feed. We will definitely be coming back and we appreciate the entire staff there for making this a great vacation! "

"It was extremely difficult to find the hotel, we walked around for 45 minutes to find the entrance to the building as it is part of a shopping mall complex. We called the front desk several times, they were of very little help to guide us on how to find the hotel. When you finally find the hotel, you have to go through 3 different lobbies to get registered before you finally get your room key. I complained to the Hotel that it was extremely difficult to find and they should send out information...

"This apartment was wonderful! It had many beds, all comfortable and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location is excellent with Puerto Cancun just being across the street. The apartment has a wrap around patio with spectacular views to Isla Mujeres and the harbor. The only negative I would say is that the apartment has some rules we weren't aware of. The complex doesn't allow guests, even to drop you off or if you have family you want to hang out with in the apartment. You also...
