"Every one was really nice ! But what I didn’t like was that I got stopped at the entrance from this lady that ask me to fill out name and information about all of us, like if I was checking in! "The staff are all fabulous and communication with them is incredibly easy. I recommend downloading what’s app before you arrive as that is how they communicate with guests. Check in was easy, I was given a brief tour of the property and sent a welcome message with attachments outlining all the services offered. The spa services were beautiful and relaxing and the drinks at the attached cafe are excellent. I can’t speak on the food as I was not able to eat much due to dental procedures. The...

"Hotellet er stort og godt, men gammelt og slidt. Der er en god Pool, restaurant osv. Servicen var rigtig god og der var rent på værelset. Placeringen er ikke så god, men hvis du har en bil, er det ikke noget problem. Der er gratis parkering på stedet."

"Front desk staff was super nice and accommodating. The room is small and basic but it’s clean and comfortable with a good view. Safe and nice neighborhood with many shops and services nearby (including a Walmart Express downstairs and a major shopping mall less than a 10 minute walk). This hotel worked perfectly for a travel day where paying for a beachside hotel doesn’t make sense, financially. Would stay again. "

"Good hotel, close to the airport and the center of Cancun. We only stayed there for one night to be able to catch the plane the next morning but for the price I'll diffenetly consider going back to this place next time for some more days! The room was clean and the service good. Only problem were the beds which seems to be covered in plastic underneath the sheets :-s"
