For check out say the elevators did not respond to call buttons Good price, nice room but the overall experience was terrible. Kasa / Mint House just dropped the ball on the simplest of things"

"The ocean view was unobstructed and the pool was good. The condo was okay; it had a rustic vibe but teetering on outdated, and there's a difference. The curtains were supper old, the flooring in the master bedroom was super cheap, when there was a slight musty smell when the air conditioner was turned off, the fitted sheet had a permanent stain and so did the shower curtains in the bathroom in the master bedroom. "When we got to the room the door that went straight out to the street from the room was open. Anyone from the street could have walked in the room. We could not get it to close and stay close and we could not get it to lock. I called and emailed the property manager. Who did get back in touch with me after I had got someone off the street to help me. I had to go outside on the street and get a stranger to lift the door up, and I had to pull on it from the inside to get it to lock. I was not...
