"Great place for kids! We had a couple of unexpected property items (HVAC not working and toilet clog) but Nick was very prompt with communication with us and finding people to fix those items. The place was comfortable for our family of 5 (2 adults and 3 little kids). Having the pool right outside of the door was so nice with little ones who needed to get energy out. The beach was beautiful and just a dock’s walk away from the condo. Great trip!"

"We have been coming to Fripp for 12 years now. I have rented a lot of different places on the island. But this was by far our best fit. Already looking at dates for next year. "

"Spacious and beautifully decorated condo with everything you need. Entire complex was well maintained. Stan responded quickly to our question. The golf cart was definitely a bonus. "

"Condo was as shown in photos and is just a short walk to beach accesses. Condo is right behind tennis courts and driveway to access parking is right beside last tennis/pickleball court. Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware, & pots. We couldn't get the kcup to work but coffee & filters were provided for the regular coffee maker. Only issue was no door on heatpump which created as issue with our dog when we first arrived. Owner stated that heatpump had just been replaced &...

"What a great spot! We loved the set up of the condo. Some privacy for all, cushy chairs and couch for reading when we needed a break from swimming and fancy heated bath fans when we needed a warm up shower after a cold swim!"
