Villaer i Fripp Island

"Unit (as advertised) is small for a family of four. Location was great, next to the pool, beach access, and amenity center. Unit was not as clean as it could’ve been. Beds were clean and fine, it just seemed as though it were due for a deep clean"

"We were disappointed in the location because the advertisement said ocean front and it was not. The kitchen had very few kitchen utensils for cooking. There was a room called a bedroom that was very small without a closet and the ability to unpack suitcases. There was no shower on the first floor. We had a person who had health issues and the 3 flight of stairs were not mentioned in the description. We will not stay there again. Also, "

"I spent a week at this condo with my dog. It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was easy to walk my dog out the back door into the grass along the inlet. There was also a fishing dock right behind the condo. I have stayed in this area and it is convient to everything on the island. The Sand Bar is right across the street. Short walk to the beach. Overall I would recommend this place and will be staying here again!"

"Condo was as shown in photos and is just a short walk to beach accesses. Condo is right behind tennis courts and driveway to access parking is right beside last tennis/pickleball court. Condo was clean, kitchen well stocked with dishes, silverware, & pots. We couldn't get the kcup to work but coffee & filters were provided for the regular coffee maker. Only issue was no door on heatpump which created as issue with our dog when we first arrived. Owner stated that heatpump had just been replaced &...

"This was the perfect place for our family of 4! The location is so great backing right up to a pool and to beach access. The home came with many beach and pool needs (chairs, toys, etc) which was nice in case we forgot. The home was clean and comfortable. Nick was fantastic with communication making sure we understood everything we needed to before our stay. Fast and thorough responses from him made the entire booking, check in and check out process super easy! We home to visit again soon!!!!"

"Nice place .. no real issues. Had difficulty with Keurig so we just bought some coffee and used the other coffee pot..seems the top would not pull down far enough and we did not force it for fear of breaking. All else was fine .. nice place!"
