"We really liked this place. We arrived earlier than check-in time but got the room when arriving. We were welcomed by a very sweet and smiling staff member who also gave us a great introduction to the city, were to go and what to see. The place is perfectly located in walking distance to downtown. The house is beautiful and the breakfast was good. Our room was beautiful in antique stile but a little worn. We would stay here again."

"Great place. Regretted that I had a tight schedule and only had 1 night there. The concept appeals cause you get a full kitchen and even BBQ. The shared bathroom is no problem at all. The fridge contained everything you want for breakfast. It's walking distance to everything in Greenville."

"Delicious breakfast of very higher quality. Generous afternoon and evening tea-time/dessert offerings. Helpful friendly staff who appear to really enjoy their jobs there. Very clean and neat. "

"Nice quiet neighborhood location, beautiful home, great parlor, porch sitting areas, first floor. Room is spacious but slightly dated & while AC and humidifiers are well functioning, it can get too cold very easily, especially if unit is right above the bed. "

"Everything was great the property was nice the bed and room were comfortable. Breakfast was a delight. You could walk everywhere with ease. Staff was fantastic whom I interacted with Erin was great give her a raise."

"Brad and I really enjoyed yhe days when Kim was working. Kim went above and be on. She was so nice and was there for anything we needed. Offered to drive us down to the beach at the park and pick us back up. Kept asking us if there was anything we needed. Also she made a delicious breakfast! We definitely would stay there again. "

"Amongst the top experiences I've ever had staying someplace while traveling. Stumbled across Baxter's and chose it for it's location which worked for my long distance bicycle tour. Little did I know that it was going to be a great experience along with the location. Small place with REAL personality. Baxter is funny, relatable, and so easy to talk to. The beer is excellent and available. Really worth a visit, just because. "

"We loved the pool and the location. The house was beautiful and our room was too. However, the listing on Expedia says there is “free” offsite parking 0.3 miles away. When we arrived the spots on the property were full so I took the parking suggestion sent in my guidebook and headed to the 34 St Phillips Street Parking Garage. When I got there I found out that parking was in fact not free, but $1 per 20 minutes with a maximum of $24. I was willing to pay this, but was disappointed because I...
