"This is comfort camping, with great facilities in a communal area specific for those using yurts or huts, everything for cooking, reading, games etc. The toilet /shower room is located at the main house; toilet facilities are not next/ensuite to the accommodation. Good written information pack. You are generally off-grid with no phone signal; there is WiFi but not fast. "The house is really big and spacious. The large round table in the diningroom is very nice. The kitchen is well equiped. We liked the fireplace. The house is near the A9, but you don't hear any traffic. It has a good location if you want yo visit Inverness, Urquhart Castle, Loch Ness, Fort Augustus, Fort William, climb the Ben Nevis, take the (Harry Potter!) train to Mallaig, feed alpacas or taste whiskey at Dalwhinnie. The house needs some tlc; fix some broken tiles and give it some paint....

It is truly breathtaking—spacious rooms, incredibly comfortable beds, and an amazing kitchen that had everything we needed.
