"When we arrived, we were greeted with our host and his daughter who gave us a little tour of the property and helped us get settled in. We were pretty tired from trip over from the States so it was perfect for catching up rest before we ventured out. We loved all the wildlife that wandered around the property.... deer, bunnies and lots of beautiful birds. Our host, Jamie kept in constant touch to check on us and give us tips of where to go for day trips. We were very comfortable staying there...

"Lovely quiet area. Saw deer on first day of stay around the rear of property. Could do with some Tupperware containers in kitchen and double bed is very hard. Otherwise a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Thank you "

"Had a lovely weekend staying at Birnie Cottage. Aileen was great at giving information prior to our arrival and gave us a lovely welcome with scones, butter and jam. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out 2 evenings enjoying the sun and the garden. The cottage is in a peaceful location and had the benefit of woods behind it that we could walk our dogs. Although the garden is enclosed it isn't...

"Nice and cosy little house. Very well equiped kitchen, small bathroom with shower/tub combination. Not even 5 min away from Aberfeldy when driving by car. Small parking space behind the house. Had a great stay but the check-in was terrible. The house you see on the picture is divided in two guest houses. So there are two doors with two different key boxes.
