From service (mainly concierge being unfriendly), feeling like you are second class if you are not a member or owner, the cleanliness has gotten worse, and they have limited dining compared to what they used to. The food is not that good anymore, especially the room service and limited dining. "

As far as the pool and beach chairs, it was a fight every morning to get one. The resort definitely needs to add more! On a positive note, the staff was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the adult swim up bar. "
