"The good- the condo is new in a lovely hotel and in a lovely area. Pretty surroundings, fun restaurants nearby. Was a great set up for spending time with friends. The problems-The host was totally non responsive after we paid. We were unable to obtain checkin instructions despite several attempts to secure them. The place was not clean when we arrived. The bed was slept in( the towels and soap were used; the toilets were dirty; there were dirty dishes and the coffee pot was not cleaned....

"The views of the Empire State Building were simply breathtaking at all times of day and really made the New York experience feel extra special. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with so much within easy walking distance yet still feeling comfortable and secure. The host was extremely accommodating and responsive throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. We felt very relaxed, the king beds were super comfortable, and the apartment had everything we needed....

"This property exceeded our expiations. It was very clean, well equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay and there was plenty of room for all of our family and friends. Close to the ski slopes and so cozy once we returned for the evening. Great communication with the host as well. We will definitely try and return for another winter or summer getaway. "

"Great accommodation, plenty of room for our family of 4, and lots of amenities. Big fan of the Nespresso maker! We had a small issue getting in - apparently the software that powers the door codes was down, but the owner answered my call, quickly gave us a new code, and all was good. She even ln followed up to make sure everything was good! "
