"The room was very clean. We had to request additional towels and they brought them up very quickly. The entertainment staff is amazing. Always making everyone feel included. They would remember you and when they saw you around the resort would always say hello. The restaurants were all very good, the only down part is that you need reservations to every single one. "Best part was the service and food! Everybody was so polite, nice and so helpful. We travelled with kids and they loved the waterpark and the jacuzzi close to the beach. Those two were such a nice addition with kids. Food was amazing. We had no issues making reservations for dinner but we did have to make sure we called the reservations desk early in the morning but we didn’t have to wait to make them! Food was outstanding and all the amenities. We will be back!"
