"The house is clean, comfortable & nicely decorated. Julio was responsive and helpful. It is 5-10 minutes walk to markets & restaurants and the cathedral and the main shopping area are 25 minutes walk. Finding a parking spot was sometimes a challenge but we always succeeded. We hope to return."

"Just returned from lovely stay. Villa is well equipped and in a perfect location for access to the beach, bars, restaurants and local shop. Quiet and relaxing break. Rooms are a good size and air con/fans in bedrooms keep rooms cool at night. Wifi is also good. Communication with owner was great and he was extremely accommodating with our awkward flight times. Overall a great place for a relaxing holiday."

"la petite maison est très coquette et agréable, même si l'on était en hauteur de la route de tramuntana les matinées et soirées sont très tranquiles. La maison est sur un départ pour pas mal de randonnées et c'était top. Pour ceux qui veulent la plage vraiment à côté ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous chercher une combinaison avec de la rando et montagne c'est vraiment bien. Les gens de Homerti sont avenants et arrangent les choses si nécessaire."

"The villa exceeded all our expectations. Everything was provided and beds were very comfortable. 6 adults and 3 children stayed and there was so much room to use. Outside area was spacious with plenty of seats and tables. Lots of shade to relax in and the pool was just perfect. The nearest supermarket was only a short walk away and the beach was 5 - 10 min gentle stroll. We couldn't have asked for anywhere more perfect to stay."

"Très facile d’accès. Aucun soucis pour y rentrer et s’installer. Agréable duplex. Nous étions 6 ( 2 adolescents et 4 adultes). Chambres propres et salle de bain fonctionnelle. Jolie vue sur le port et montagne depuis le balcon. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Le seul bémol est que 2 chambres ont la Clim et la troisième non. Et en été il fait très chaud ! Pour le reste tout est parfait. "

"We stayed for 4 nights in June - the property is very characterful, and well located for Pollenca which is a lovely town - even if there are quite a few stairs to navigate if you're walking!The small garden and roof terrace are great and the air-conditioning worked well during our stayPilar, the host, was very easy to deal with, and the property was easy to find even if Pollenca is not the easiest town to drive around !! :) "

Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - für 2 Personen) ist für mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt."
