"Der Vermieter war super nett. Das Haus war sauber und es war alles vorhanden. Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight. Parken vor der Tur geht nicht, und man muss ein paar Minuten bergauf laufen. Andratx ist nett und man kommt schnell zu wunderschönen StrĂ€nden in der NĂ€he. Es ist ruhig und wir konnten uns gut erholen. Auch fĂŒr die Kids war es eine gute Zeit. "

"Diese Finca ist wirklich ein SchmuckstĂŒck in lĂ€ndlicher Umgebung. Die Zimmer und BĂ€der sind sehr sauber. KĂŒchenutensilien und Mobiliar (StĂŒhle, Couchgarnitur) sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Betten sind bequem.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt, auch wenn uns der Hahn nebenan auf dem GrundstĂŒck manchmal die Ruhe gestört hat. Es wĂ€re schön, den Urlaubern zumindest ein paar Basics bereit zu stellen (Salz, Zucker, SpĂŒlmaschinen-Tabs)."

"la petite maison est trĂšs coquette et agrĂ©able, mĂȘme si l'on Ă©tait en hauteur de la route de tramuntana les matinĂ©es et soirĂ©es sont trĂšs tranquiles. La maison est sur un dĂ©part pour pas mal de randonnĂ©es et c'Ă©tait top. Pour ceux qui veulent la plage vraiment Ă  cĂŽtĂ© ce n'est pas pour vous, mais si vous chercher une combinaison avec de la rando et montagne c'est vraiment bien. Les gens de Homerti sont avenants et arrangent les choses si nĂ©cessaire."

Einzig das schmale Bett (140 cm breit - fĂŒr 2 Personen) ist fĂŒr mich immer wieder eine Herausforderung, da ich zu unruhigem Schlaf neige und mir dazu dann der Platz fehlt."

"Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy ."
